Qualifications:

1. Homeowner

   You must be a qualified homeowner. You could have just gotten the deed that very day, or have owned the home for 75 years

   Older homes, manufactured and mobile homes, and newly built homes can all qualify.

2. Employed or Retired

   The homeowner or their significant other must be employed, self-employed, or retired. You do NOT have to be employed for a certain period of time, but you must have a fair credit rating of 620 or higher. Why? Well, with all of the recent foreclosures and the economic climate in general, we simply want to be sure you are not in any financial hardship.

3. Your Home

   You must plan on staying in the home for the next 3 years. Winter-visitors can qualify as well. As long as they are in Arizona about 7 months of the year. Also the home must not be experiencing financial hardship such as facing foreclosure, bankruptcy and not currently in a loan modification.

4. Qualification Verification

   Qualifying is a simple 10 minute phone call asking about 10 questions regarding your home. Once you have qualified, the next step is meeting with our Energy Consultants. This is a no-strings-attached meeting to show you how this program works. You and any persons on the deed must be willing to meet with our Energy Consultant for an hour.
